Moulin
Fresnaye is a three hundred year old Water Mill, restored in the Nineteenth
Century. There are just under 25 acres of land, made up of
four Islands, all surrounded by the river Indre.
The islands are accessible by a number of bridges, where many leisure
activities such as boules, cycling, walking, fishing and canoeing can take place.
There is also a seasonal pool 1.2m deep.
Alternatively relax by the river and watch
the abundance of wildlife
including, kingfisher, bee-eaters, heron and the
beaver like coypu.
The Guardien House consists of two apartments, a one bedroom apartment for 2/4 persons and
a two bedroom apartment for
4/6 persons.
